Issue
The product or the Setup tool (Eo Setup or Era Setup) displays the message “K0039”
The error may occur:
•When installing new components
•When installing updates
•When running Eo Setup or Era Setup tools
Cause
You are trying to perform a setup operation while the off-line license activation or validation is still pending.
How to Proceed
Run the product and when the Activation wizard appear, use the .klrcv file you got from the Area for Users in response to an off-line activation\validation. Take a look at the Installation Guide (page 7) for details about the Off line Activation.
Once you complete the activation\validation, the setup operation you was trying should proceed.
