Issue
The product or the Setup tool (Eo Setup or Era Setup) displays the message “K0039”
The error may occur:
•When installing new components
•When installing updates
•When running Eo Setup or Era Setup tools
Cause
You are trying to perform a setup operation while the off-line license activation or validation is still pending.
How to Proceed
Use the .arcv file you received in response to an off-line activation\validation
