Issue
The product or Setup tool (Eo Setup or Era Setup) displays the message “K0042”
The error may occur:
•When installing new components
•When installing updates
•When running Eo Setup or Era Setup tools
Cause
There was a problem with the design components (fonts, monograms, etc.) storage: it's damaged or could not be updated.
How to Proceed
Check that you are logged in to Windows with administrator privileges (do not log in with a limited user account) and try the operation again.
Reinstall the product.
If the problem persists, contact support staff.
