Issue
The installation program displays the message “D0026”
The error may occur:
•During installation
•While using Eo Setup or Era Setup utility
Cause
There was a problem enabling a design component for your system (font, monogram, etc)
How to Proceed
Get a fresh password file copy by downloading it from the Area for Users. Make sure to be logged to the computer as Administrator and try again.
Repeat the operation with the protection device plugged into a different USB port
Contact the support staff for assistance.
