Issue
The installation program displays the message “D0025”
The error may occur:
•While using Eo Setup or Era Setup utility
Cause
The password file you are trying to use does not match with the product you have currently installed. For example, you are using a password for an Embroidery Office product while your current installed product is Stitch Era.
How to Proceed
Check the password file / product installer combination. Download the appropriate ones for your serial number from the Area for Users. Then run Setup utility again.
