Issue
The installation program displays the message “D0002”
The error may occur:
•During installation
Cause
The installer couldn't find the protection device or lost communication with it.
How to Proceed
Make sure that the USB port where the protection device is plugged in is working properly or plug it into a different USB port.
If the problem continues, no matter the USB port you use, contact the support staff.
