Issue
The installation program displays the message “S0027”
The error may occur:
•During Installation
Cause
The list of design components (fonts, monograms, etc) to be installed is empty.
How to Proceed
Please, download a fresh copy of the password file from the Area for Users and reinstall the product.
If the problem persists, please contact support staff.
