Issue
The installation program displays the message “K0099”
The error may occur:
•During installation
Cause
This is a generic, not specified error.
How to Proceed
Check the following subjects and start the installation again:
- Access your computer with an account with administrator privileges (do not log into Windows using a limited user account)
- Disable any antivirus program except Windows Defender
