Issue
The activation wizard displays any of the messages “D0098”
These errors may occur:
•During Activation
Cause
All of these errors occur due to internet connection problems during the registration and activation process.
How to Proceed
Please, check your internet connection and ensure your firewall allow connections to "sierra*.com" internet addresses
If the problem persists, contact support staff
