Issue
The installation program displays the message “D0032”
The error may occur:
•During installation
•While using Eo Setup or Era Setup utility
Cause
The design component (font, monogram, etc) database could not be updated.
How to Proceed
Make sure to be logged to the computer as Administrator. Then, try the operation again.
If the problem persists, contact support staff.
