Issue
The installation program displays the message “D0028”
The error may occur:
•During installation
•While using Eo Setup or Era Setup utility
Cause
The password file is not compatible with the protection device.
How to Proceed
When a protection device is used to install a product, it may become incompatible with products of older versions, specially with versions 11 and older.
Always use the last available installation password available at the Area for Users for your serial number.
