Issue
The installation program displays the message “D0023”
The error may occur:
•During installation
•While using Eo Setup or Era Setup utility
Cause
The product installer or the Setup tool can't write into the protection device memory.
How to Proceed
Plug in the protection device into a different USB port and try again.
If the problem persists, contact the support staff.
